Mark did an excellent job showing us all their vehicles in the inventory. Definitely steered us the right way on our car buying experience for our first time. We definitely had a lot of fun with Mark as he showed us the different options we had. We checked out three different cars. The first two I felt hesitant about but Mark was very understanding of our situation. We felt that the deal we received was fair and competitive based off market value and depreciation and current condition of the car. We checked out an SUV a Hyundai accent but I felt hesitant and Mark could sense that. Mark asked a lot of questions, was very empathetic and considerate. We felt that the team at El Cajon Superstore was very professional and cordial. They all helped us watch out screaming kids, and stayed patient as my son threw candies all over the floor. My son loved all of the cars on the lot, especially the exotic older models!!!! Please continue being a great sales team! I will be recommending this place to my friends and family! Oh and we bought a Kia! We originally went in for a Honda Accord, but Mark encouraged us to have an open mind and Im glad he did. For anyone coming to this superstore I ask that you give them a fair chance at selling you a car. The car I received was in excellent condition with clean title.

But my salesman Ali Gaspeed helped me feel comfortable about this big decision. So glad our bank lead us here. I was in desperate need of a reliable car and they did not disappoint. Ethen made the process so easy and stress free. He was very knowledgeable and truly took care of us. Any concerns we had were addressed and corrected immediately. A month later I came in because my trunk door needed a part replaced and Carlos their service manager quickly ordered the part. After mentioning a rubber smell (new brakes) he also inspected the car, cleaned any oil from the recent oil change, and test drove it with me to give me peace of mind. Thank you both so much! My daughter recently bought her first car on her own here. She only had the 30 day warranty and a sensor went out on the car 33 days after she bought it. Mind you shes only 20 and feeling very upset knowing she was out of warranty . The El Cajon team was very helpful fixed her car out of good faith and really worked with us. I recommend purchasing your vehicle here this team was awesome.

They had a nice variety of vehicles to select from. I was looking for a truck so I test drove 3 of them and finally settled on the one I wanted. There was no high pressure salesmen. When I was ready to talk, James was there to assist me throughout the process. They have good prices and great customer service. I am a return customer and will be again when the need arises.

As a former owner of a custom restoration shop and dealership, I know what is involved and how difficult it can be to find quality employees. Marcos Lopez is the best sales representative I have worked with. Everyone there treated us like friends and with respect. The process was painless and without any pressure. We bought a quality car at a good price with full transparency. I would definitely purchase another pre owned vehicle if need one!

Pulled up on my motercycle with no appointment and this super awesome and helpful guy named ethan walks up to help me. We look at like 10 different cars before I find one that is perfect for me. We test drive it right there on the spot and make all the plans. Ethan was amazing and super helpful got me everything I needed even after I had already bought the car! This is certainly the place to search for a used car and a reasonable price with an actually useful dealer add. If you're a marine living on base and need a car it's worth the drive to here to find a car. Make sure you ask for ethan because he is just awesome.

Adrian is the most helpful second time around. Bought 2017 jeep there a few months ago. He was soo helpful and the Manager (I forgot his name) also helpful and get the car I want. I came for the 2016 Honda Civic and yes he did get me the car I wanted. We really appreciate the timing, fast approval and service. Unlike some dealership takes 4-6 hrs or more to drive it out of the lot. This place only does below that. I would recommend this place for someone who wants a good car and deals. Would absolutely recommend this dealership! Ethan was a fantastic sales person. Extremely informative on all things cars! Knew every answer to every question without hesitation. Gotta love that! By far THE best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Hands down the best in east county actually the whole county! I have to express my appreciation to your Service Manager "Carlos", who is by far, the best mechanic/service manager I have come across. Diagnosed the problem with my vehicle to a "T", and it was then repaired and ready for pick up when he said it would be....right on time. He was courteous and helpful thru the whole process. In short, he is a true asset to your company AND he returns phone calls.
